Where do I start when trying to set up a small power supply for a car "office"?

Hi Everyone.

As my title implies I am trying to help a friend turn their SUV trunk into a mobile office. I am open to any suggestions regarding that but I am specifically here about how I can use solar to create a small power system that is seperate from the car itself or at least one that doesnt impact or depend on the car systems. So where to start with this?

I am picturing something that – uses a solar panel that takes up minimal space – doesnt require any major modifications to the vehicle. – is enough to at minimum, charge a battery system that can be used to maintain or recharge common small or portable office electronics for at least a few hours each day in total – ideally could support these items directly and only require battery for low/no light situations – costs are reasonable (like could this be done for $100 to at least some degree?) – the more simplified the system the better – an out of the box system would be ideal

Again open to any thoughts, suggestions or concerns. Please share anything you would like related to this I appreciate any help. Thanks!
